Terms and Conditions
1. Accounts – Invoicing
a) Invoices are issued for four (4) terms annually, with the option to invoice per term or on a recurring monthly basis.
b) Term dates:
Term 1: January, February, March
Term 2: April, May, June
Term 3: July, August, September
Term 4: October, November, December
c) Upon onboarding, you are considered booked for all terms/months until a calendar month’s written notice* is provided to cancel.
d) Invoices may be sent per term or monthly in advance. Fees can be paid monthly or termly, regardless of the invoicing method.
e) Monthly or termly fees are due in advance before sessions commence.
2. Your First Invoice
a) Fees will be prorated if you join mid-term, but full charges apply for subsequent months, even if sessions are missed* (see Sessions & Rescheduling section).
b) Includes a non-prorated annual registration fee of R350, recurring each January or upon return.
c) Includes charges for uniform kits and other clothing items taken.
d) Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice via EFT or the clickable payment link provided.
3. Payments
a) Monthly fees are due in advance before sessions begin.
b) Payments are processed only once received in our bank account and allocated in our accounting system (delays may occur, so please account for this when sending proof of payment).
c) We do not accept cash, cellphone, or e-wallet payments. Payments must be made via EFT, the invoice payment link, or debit order.
d) Fees are non-refundable but can be used for future sessions.

4. Debit Orders
a) If selecting a debit order package, a completed and signed mandate/form must be submitted by the 20th of the month to set up payments for the following month.
b) Start month fees and other charges must be paid via EFT or payment link if the debit order run for that month has passed.
c) Fees will revert to EFT pricing if a debit order mandate is not received.
5. Current Charges
a) Session fees depend on the chosen package (EFT or discounted debit order).
b) Annual Admin/Registration Fee: R350
c) Uniform Costs:
Shorts/Shirt & Socks: R550
Training Cap: R200
Tracksuit: R650
d) Game Fees:
20-40 Overs: R200
50 Overs: R450
2-Day Game: R650

6. Games & Tournaments
a) Game or tournament fees are payable upon receipt of the invoice or by the specified due date before the event.
7. Sessions & Rescheduling
a) A 24-hour notice is required for missed sessions. Booked time slots are payable in full.
i. Sessions must be rescheduled. No discounts or credits are given for missed sessions due to forgetfulness, illness, injury, rain, holidays, or other reasons.
ii. Only two (2) make-up sessions per term are allowed, except if the coach is unavailable. Additional rescheduling is subject to Academy approval.
iii. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within one month, provided 24-hour notice was given. Otherwise, the session is forfeited and remains payable.
iv. Coaches will attempt to reschedule within their availability. Missed rescheduled sessions cannot be made up.
b) Sessions continue during school and public holidays, except between Christmas and New Year. Missed December sessions must be completed in advance.
c) Holiday Camps:
i. Camp duration depends on the school holiday length. All players are welcome to join catch-up sessions.
8. Changes
a) Upgrades, downgrades, breaks, or pauses must be requested via email one month in advance.
i. Keep proof of notice. Failure to provide proof will result in liability for the full outstanding balance.
9. Terminations
a) All cancellations must be submitted in writing to accounts@sacricketacademy.co.za.
i. Keep proof of cancellation. Failure to provide proof will result in invoicing for the full outstanding balance.
b) One calendar month’s written notice is required for termination or session changes, effective at the end of the term.
c) Two calendar months’ notice is required for December cancellations.
i. A late cancellation fee of R1000 applies for cancellations/pauses during October, November, or December.
d) Leaving the academy forfeits your time slot. Rejoining does not guarantee the same spot.
e) A re-registration fee applies if a player/client returns after cancellation.
10. Disclosure of Personal Information
a) Personal information provided is used solely by the Academy. Clients must ensure accuracy and update details as needed. The Academy is not liable for inaccuracies.
b) The Academy may contact clients to request information at any time.
c) Confidential information provided by third parties about the client will not be disclosed to the client.
11. Tournaments/Tours
a) Players are excused only for illness or family bereavement.
b) No cancellations or refunds are allowed if the Academy has already paid deposits. Withdrawn players remain responsible for all costs.
c) A medical certificate is required for withdrawals due to medical reasons.
12. Consent for Video & Photos
a) Parents/guardians/account holders consent to video footage and photos being taken during sessions, tournaments, and matches for use on Supersport TV, the Academy website, and social media. Footage will not be shared with unauthorized parties.
13. Indemnity
a) The Academy and its staff are not liable for theft, damage, acts of God, injury, or death during sessions at any venue.
b) The Academy reserves the right to change prices, terms, and conditions without prior notice.

Indemnity Clause:
By signing this document, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the South Africa Cricket Academy, its employees, coaches, agents, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm of any kind that may occur during practice sessions, games, travel, or any Academy-related activities. This indemnity covers, but is not limited to, any loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, on the part of the Academy.
