The 10-Year Rule:
Scientific research in sports has concluded that a minimum of 10 years or 10,000 hours of deliberate training is needed for a talented participant to reach ELITE LEVELS. This translates into an average of more than three hours of training daily for 10 years.

Our experienced coaches will provide valuable technical advice, strategic insights, and guidance to help you improve your game. They will help you identify areas for improvement and provide personalized training programs.

The idea behind the 10,000-hour rule is that expertise and exceptional performance are primarily a result of intense and focused practice over an extended period. The theory is based on research by psychologists, who studied the role of deliberate practice in skill development.
