CRICKET:
- Minimum 1-hour training sessions: Each session provides dedicated time for cricket skill development.
- Saturday match or match training: Opportunities for players to apply their skills in a match or match-like scenarios.
- Individual coaching lessons: Personalized coaching sessions to address specific player needs and enhance individual skills.
- Skills Training: Focused training on various cricketing skills such as batting, bowling, and fielding.
- Net Sessions: Practice sessions in the nets to improve batting and bowling techniques.
- Fielding sessions: Dedicated sessions to enhance fielding skills and agility.
MENTAL:
- Mental assessment at the beginning of the chosen plan: Assessment of players’ mental strengths and areas of improvement.
- Individual mental coaching: Personalized mental coaching sessions to enhance mental skills and resilience.
- Life coaching program: Coaching sessions to support players’ overall well-being and personal development.
- Improve mental well-being: Strategies and techniques to improve players’ mental well-being and mental toughness.
PHYSICAL TRAINING:
- Fitness time per session based on the chosen pricing plan: Allocation of a specific time for fitness training during each session.
- Individual fitness coaching and tracking: Personalized fitness coaching and monitoring of players’ physical progress.
- Learner-specific programs: Tailored fitness programs to meet the individual needs and goals of each player.
RECOVERY & INJURY MANAGEMENT:
- Reports to be compiled for learners with injuries or pre-existing conditions: Detailed reports documenting injuries or pre-existing conditions for effective management.
- Physiotherapy to be recommended where necessary: Referral to physiotherapy services when required for injury rehabilitation.
- Physiotherapy reports to be submitted to the Academy: Sharing of physiotherapy reports to ensure the Academy is aware of players’ injury status.
- Coaching session to focus on strengthening muscles around the injury: Training sessions designed to strengthen specific muscle groups around the injury for better recovery.
- Injury management: Implementation of strategies and practices to manage and prevent injuries during training and matches.
