Payment Policies, Membership Terms and Indemnity Clause:

At the South Africa Cricket Academy, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our members and their families. To ensure smooth and efficient operations, we would like to inform you of our payment policies and membership terms.

  1. Payment Policy: All our services, including sessions, clothing, and games, require up-front payment in full for the total value of the package. We accept payments strictly through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and debit order. Please note that we do not accept cash, mobile payments, or any other forms of payment. Likewise, we also do not deposit money in coaches’ personal accounts; strictly South Africa Cricket Academy bank account.
  2. Membership Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your Academy membership, please be advised that a notice period of one calendar month is required. For example, if you intend to cancel, you must provide notice from the first of the month to the end of the same month.
  3. Operational Days and Holiday Schedule: Our Academy is open every day, including holidays, except during the period between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Sessions missed during this time must be rescheduled to either before or after the holiday period.
  4. Missed Sessions and Catch-Up Policy: We do not offer refunds for missed sessions. Instead, we encourage members to schedule catch-up sessions. We also offer the option to request advance sessions, with a maximum of 5 to 10 advance sessions allowed per year.
  5. Non-Refundable Policy: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds if your child decides to discontinue training for any reason.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. Our goal is to provide a structured and professional environment for all our members, ensuring the highest quality of training and support.

Indemnity Clause:

By signing this document, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the South Africa Cricket Academy, its employees, coaches, agents, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm of any kind that may occur during practice sessions, games, travel, or any Academy-related activities. This indemnity covers, but is not limited to, any loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, on the part of the Academy.
