We sand your vintage cricket bat back down to its raw willow form. We remove all tape, stickers, glue, bog, nails or whatever else has been attached to your cricket bat over the years.
Over time the toe of a cricket bat will get worn down from the constant tapping on the ground or sliding the bat when running between the wickets. We can rebuild this with a mixture of willow dust and glue to give your bat a nice complete look again.
If the toe of your cricket bat has split or cracked over time, we can re-glue and repair it to get it back to being solid and complete.
If your cricket bat has had a chunk of willow that has flown off from the edge or face of the bat and you want to continue to use the bat on the weekends, then we can graft in a new piece of willow to ensure that you can keep using your pride and joy.
If your cricket bat has had a chunk of willow that has flown off from the edge or face of the bat and you wish to display it without it looking broken, then we can graft in a new piece of willow to ensure that it is complete.
If the handle of your cricket bat is broken or cracked, we can replace it. Given that we turn all of our handles in house, we allow you to choose the thickness, shape and length to suit what was in there before or something new.
